E-TPU treadmill accessories

Ningbo GMF New Material Technology Co., Ltd. successfully applied e-tpu to the buffer layer of the treadmill, which is used to make the gasket of treadmill and the buffer layer of transmission track edge, effectively improving the comfort, safety and durability of the treadmill. The density of the foaming particles is 0.15-0.25g/cm3 controllable, the hardness is controllable at Shore C 30-60 degree, the type-C tearing strength is 15-30kg/cm, the resilience rate is adjustable between 20-68%, the compression permanent deformation is less than 20%, and the DIN abrasion is less than 100mm3. According to the requirements of products, we can design related molds, and create customized materials for color and hardness.
