Nylon Supercritical Foaming Granule

Based on physical foaming method, GMF makes nylon raw materials completely impregnated.By changing the temperature and pressure, the equilibrium state of the polymer/gas homogeneous system inside the material is disrupted.Bubble nuclei are formed inside the material and grow to form a foamed nylon material.They can expand 8-30 times compared with original volume because of a lot of gas wrapped inside the microcells. It is surrounded by a large amount of gas inside, with bubble diameters ranging from 1 μm to 50 μm. The entire process is environmentally friendly and pollution-free, and the prepared particles have high resilience, wear resistance, strong mechanical properties, and heat insulation and so on properties.
