Application of e-tpu in elastic ball

Their thickness is generally less than 0.25mm and their compressive strength is relatively small. After a long time, they will run out of gas and lose their elasticity. At the same time, it is possible to blow up in the play process of infants and children. Moreover, the commonly plastic-blown elastic balls are rough at the mold joints and have poor hand feeling when using. At present, the elastic balls in the market are mostly simple and single colored spheres. Infants may feel humdrum in the process of playing and the balls are not easy to catch, which can easily cause them to lose interest inelastic balls. 

Our elastic balls are made of e-tpu particles by steam molding. The E-TPU particles are made from medical-grade TPU materials based on physical foaming. The production process was green and environmentally friendly, without harmful odor and volatile substances. And the products are harmless. The surface of e -tpu elastic balls is skin-friendly and engraved with different patterns, which increases the diversity of the spheres and is more conducive to children's play. The e-tpu particle has a density of 0.15-0.25g/cm3 and is lighter, with an average quality of about 30g per sphere. The e -tpu elastic ball can also be made into an unconventional sphere, which can change the curved surface of the sphere to a plane without affecting the elasticity of the elastic ball, which can be conducive to infants' catching and stimulating their interest in the elastic ball, and is conducive to growth and development.
